Each week, I’m going to include in an email a cocktail classic inspired by, or directly pulled, from the media at hand.

This Week’s Mocktail:

Eddie might like his Wild Turkey a bit too much, but we all know: Roger shouldn’t touch the stuff. How about a nice and cheery carrot mocktail instead?

2 oz carrot juice
1oz orange juice
3oz ginger ale or ginger beer
Orange twist for garnish

In a shaker over ice, combine the carrot and orange juice. Strain into a tall glass with ice, then top with ginger soda of choice. A twist of orange will help your eyesight– and keep the citrusy notes right at nose level.
